STEP 1: Reduce Nicotine consumption
- Use Vitacool for every smoke
- Smoke cigarettes with your normal pace. (do not increase the number of smoke!!)
Keep above two rules for 2 weeks.
STEP 2: Reduce the number of smoke gradually.
- Do not smoke at least an hour after you got up.
- Do not smoke at least an hour after meal.
- Set few smoking places and do not smoke except the places.
- Do not smoke in the car.
- Do not smoke all morning.
- Do not smoke in the house.
- Do not smoke in front of people.
- Do not bring cigarettes when you go out (bring only VitaCool).
- Do not purchase cigarettes.
- Stop smoking (smoke only when you are desperate).
Clear above 10 levels step by step. Try to clear target level one in every week.
